It amazes me how petty you all are over an animal that has ZERO choice on where it lives, WHO owns them. The effort put into being pricks is funny to me. I bet most of you haven't even tried talking to the owners. And if this is how you respond here. If you did you probably weren't too diplomatic. Most people are REASONABLE. If the people are letting their dogs out in the A.M. it's because they have to work, and cannot force the dog to hold it all damn day to appease your inconveniences. They are dogs, doing what dogs do. For as long as man and dog have coexisted dogs have barked. Period. They can't stop it anymore than you could stop blinking your eyes. You're lucky I'm not your neighbors cause I'd say game on. And then we would escalate till you were furious and I'd just laugh as I watched through my cameras. Or id install motion lights the LED style and aim them at your windows but able for the dogs to set them off. Set a timer on my door bell so to set the dogs off on purpose. While I was away. Or I could remote start my 86 monte carlo and forget to close the electric cutouts on the exhaust. Old school V8s are really loud on a cold start, anyone remember those days!? And it's all good because my shits insured and will be paid for and then some if someone decides to do damage if my alarm system that goes off at the drop of an acorn doesn't scare them off first. There's games, and then there's games you'll start shit being petty and one day you'll come across someone who doesn't like to lose. And despite contrary belief there are plenty like me out there. This sounds really fine, it`s a very reasonable noise. In Romania you would get load talking, any shithead who remembers something will say it loud even if three ot thirty other people are trying to think and write something, and five to ten other shitheads will follow suit and about ten people wioll take turns in talking every 20 minutes. Not to mention taking shoes off in the office, leaving the door open at the WC, never opening the windows at least 8 months a year and turning the heat too high in winter and too low in the summer. Enough reasons for some fists in the back of somebody`s neck, and for a good run, no, cause the "local human resources" will scratch their asses with the hand one foot deep and say: We`ve never had this problem by us and we can`t do anything. Handle it on your own and stop annoying us (please, if you even get a "please"). Believe me, I failed a test in a shitty local company even being alone in the room and with the door closed because the noise in the larger room, created by at least 10 people talking over the ones who (still, even in romania) were trying to think and write something, anything, better or worse, that was like a WC for me, a living hell, taking a bath in a sewer would not have sounded shi...tier. This is the country to work as a teacher (in a private school, forget about 90-95% of public ones), to work from home or start a business of your own as something new which could beat the local arrogant, weak and overly ridiculous competition. Or to become a doctor. Not really suitable for anything else.
